Converted all Team admins to members while setting up Okta SSO

Hi,

 

I was wondering if someone could help me here.

I was setting up Okta SSO for Dropbox Business and it did not go according to plan. By mistake, I converted all Team admins to Members. 

According to Dropbox documentation(https://learn.dropbox.com/video-library/install-sso-dropbox-okta), I should have gotten an option to assign a role to the user while assigning the app in Okta but I did not get that option and by default, the app was assigned to the user as a member. My mistake for assigning the app to Team Admins first.

Anyway, not I do not have any team admins and would like to get that access back. I have already opened a ticket with support but is there any other way?

    Thanks for the ticket number, aakash13. Due to the nature of the issue, I'd suggest waiting for our support team's reply. 

     

    However, I've left an internal note for them, in order to get back to you as soon as possible.
