Error when trying to verify my email address
I am trying to install the app on my laptop, which is updated with Ventura version,
All goes well until I need to verify my account with the 6 numbers code, it says an unexpected error happened and it marks the code incorrect even though is correct, I have tried several times and now It is not sending me more verification codes to my mail to move forward.
Is the app compatible with Ventura version?

Hey Luvialazo, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I'm not really sure that this has to do with the Dropbox application; you can definitely use it on a macOS Ventura computer.
Can you login to your account directly through our website, verify your email there first and then try to sign in to the app, to see if that helps?

sorry for posing a different question: I tried to 'verify' my e-mail address (which contains a typo) but dropbox does not allow to change it. Unfortunately, another thread on the issue is closed but I hope you know what to do. Thank you!

Dear Community,
using a standard MS Word environment, I try to 'verify' my email address, as it seems to be demanded now, but the address dropbox has registered for me had a typo. This adress should not exist at all, and when I try to change it, the control message is probably sent to that wrong address, and I can not change it. Needless to say I have no access to my files without verification. What can I do?

Where is the typo, before the @ or after it?
If it's in the username portion of the email, before the @, see if you can create a new email account with the same typo so you can receive the verification emails.

This is an excellent idea. It is before @ , but creating a new account is quite difficult. Perhaps another possibility comes to mind...?
