I can't login to my due to 2FA being set up on it

I am a part of an organization and was using Dropbox Sign for HR purposes. I have always been signing in using the Google Sign-in method since I received an invitation as a team member via email. All was working well for me for months. One day to sign in, the system asked me for a 2-factor authentication code, which I could not have because I did not set up 2FA. 

Later I checked my e-mail and it said that 2FA was applied months ago without me even realizing it. So, it might have been an error back then. After that when trying to log in, my e-mail address was not recognized as the one already in use. That is why I had an option to sign up. 

I signed up using the same e-mail and now the system shows no old files I owned before.

Could someone help me with this issue since I was responsible for the company documents and now all disappeared?

    Hi @mariatorporgames24, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

    You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link.  
    From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.

    Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, which is sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.
