I have 2 accounts with same email address, but can only log onto one of them
I seem to have 2 accounts with the same email address. One of my accounts is a paid account and I use it all the time. To log in, I put in the email and password and I'm fine. However, if I'm at another computer and want to access my account, I can't do it. It always just goes to the other email account, which, unfortunately logs in via Google. Is there a way I can combine the unused account into my regular account, or at least be able to access my regular account when I'm not at my own computer

It isn't possible to have two Dropbox accounts under the exact same email address.
If you're logging in via Google, are you certain that the email is exactly the same, including the dots in the email before the @ symbol?

Hi Jay; My paid account used to be under [removed]
Unfortunately that email was hacked pretty bad back in september and I had to get rid of the email. So I changed my email to [removed]

Are you certain that you changed the email address on the Dropbox account, instead of creating a new Dropbox account?
Since your browser could be automatically logging you in, if you open up the Dropbox site on an incognito tab and attempt to login with the first non-Google email, are you able to login?
