I've paid for a plan, but I linked the account to an email address with a typo.
Accidentally left the o out of .com to show .cm when i signed up with my email. Now can't verify as i cant edit it without verifying first, Please help!

Hi Mark, the chatbot option does not work and i have made many support requests that have gone unanswered (probably going to email .cm). This is affecting my business and being unable to speak or even contact anyone I will be forced to change cloud storage providers as I cant have interruptions like this... hope you understand and can help.

momofrankk, to log a ticket with our support team and make sure it’s not linked to the wrong email address, you’ll need to follow these exact steps (make sure you’re NOT logged into ANY Dropbox account while doing this).
