When I try to save to Dropbox from a Safari webpage, I get the message, “Couldn’t save content. Please check your internet connection and refresh the page.” My internet connection is fine, and refreshing the page didn’t work. Any suggestions?

I am having the same trouble. iPhone 15 Pro running iOS 17.3 with Dropbox app version 360.3.2. Unable to save to Dropbox and getting error: "Couldn't Save Content. Please check your internet connection and refresh the page." Simply trying to save PDF in Safari to Dropbox. Can do the same process with Microsoft Edge browser and DuckDuckGo browser on same device. Odd thing is that when I set Safari Downloads setting to Dropbox, I can save same PDF in Safari when selecting Save to files option. I have to first specify SEND AS option to PDF to get the Save to Files option.

Hey TacoMeNow, if you haven’t done so already, can you clear the Dropbox app’s cache, and also reinstall it on your mobile device?
I’d like us to test a few things first, before investigating further.

Yes. I just cleared the cache on the Dropbox app and then removed the app. Reinstalled Dropbox from the App Store and tested. Same results. All steps on iOS 17.3 with Dropbox 360.3.2.
