Have you tried clearing Safari's cache on the mobile browser, to see if that makes any difference?

Hi souslesoleil, as the issue isn't present on Chrome, this would mean that there's something in Safari preventing the download from working correctly.
Could you try using private browsing mode and run it without any extensions to see if this helps?
- souslesoleil7 months agoExplorer | Level 3Private mode changed nothing. As for extensions, I’m not sure what that would even be on an iPhone. I turned off the only thing I could think of, which is an ad blocker; no change.
