Free 1 GB extra storage offer to install Dropbox Passwords
I got an offer of 1 GB extra storage if I installed Dropbox Passwords. I did so, but no extra storage. Was it a hoax?
For the record the promised extra Gig was finally credited to my account.
- I have the same problem. I got the pop-up on the website with the promotion of an additional 1GB with Dropbox Passwords, I followed the steps and when I finished, the promised GB was not added.
I encounter the same challenge mentioned by others in this context. Please don't hesitate to send me an email regarding this matter; it would be appreciated. Thank you for assisting me in obtaining additional storage.
Seems it is still happening. Clicked on popup that said install password manager for 1GB bonus space. Did that and no bonus appears.
- So I think what worked for me after installing and setting up DB passwords was
1. log in to your account on Dropbox.com.
2. Get a popup to 'claim' 1gb bonus offer
3. Click the 'claim' button
4. 1gb storage was addedThanks Dropper1
Tried logging out and back in, and also on incognito but did not get any popup with claim button.
Appreciate the advice though

I received a pop-up notification for 1GB of extra storage for installing Dropbox passwords. I installed the app, signed in and saved some passwords. However, I never got the 1GB of storage.

I saw the offer too after install and wait a week and no free storage. So i uninstall it. How can I get that free storage?
It's LEGIT, I got mine after 48 hours of waiting. A pop up appreared saying Dropbox Passwords Installed - Claim extra storage (cliked 1GB selection). In the making I have at least saved two passwords (total of 50 available for free) before I got the pop up.

Actually I've just seen a few people mention it online - usually there is a clause in promo space that www.dropbox.com/gs has to be completed, have you done that yet?
Actually I filled those out some time back. Now they are all crossed out when I check, so I assume that there's nothing more to do.
