I can't log into the desktop app due to "your code may have expired" error.

I have received a new work laptop with Win 11 installed. After installing DropBox on it, I tried to log in, so far quite a few times, but every time, I get a red message that says sorry your code may have expired, even though I enter the code immediately, so the problem is definitely not expiration. Could someone please help me fix this? Thank you

Hi JoshyJosh, I’m sorry to hear about that.

If I understand correctly, you’re referring to this one-time code, correct?

If you haven’t tried this already, please reinstall your Dropbox app and let me know if the issue persists.

I’ll be waiting for more updates.
