Could you try rebooting your device and/or clearing the app's cache and let us know if this persists?

Hi all, thanks for flagging this with us.
For anyone who's still affected, could you completely uninstall the Dropbox app from your device and re-install it anew?
Let us know of any updates!
- Phcalc2 years agoHelpful | Level 6I logged out then logged back in. The errant alerts disappeared. I did not uninstall Dropbox. While the latter may work the easier former may work for you.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app a second time and this time the notification went away 🤔
- Soterios2 years agoExplorer | Level 4I had the same issue on my iPhone. Clearing the cache did not work, but logging off and back did work for me. But that in turn reset my camera upload settings and now it seems to be starting that process over. Sigh.
