The desktop app won't launch on Mac OS
I can no longer open the app on either of my two MacBooks (both running Sonoma 14.7.2), and my files are not syncing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app on both several times and restarted devices to no avail. Icon no longer appears in the menu bar and clicking on icon in Lauchpad or Finder does nothing. Any and all advice appreciated!

Hi slemaire, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link?
Keep me updated with any progress.

I have the Plus plan with 5 devices connected.

Hi from me as well, slemaire! When saying the Dropbox app won’t start even when clicking on the icon in your Finder, are you referring to the Dropbox app in your Finder > Applications folder?
If yes, please try an advanced reinstall next and let me know how it goes.
