No matter what I do, google play tells me I have no subscription and the dropbox website doesn't have a cancelation option in the plans tab or any other tab under settings. I need to cancel this as I don't have a lot of money and I need to asap please help!

Could you let us know what your plan tab reports at the moment? Also, did you initiate the trial from the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device in the first place?

It charged me 11.99 a few days ago when I had talked through customer support calls to have my account removed but then my bank said I'd been charged! I'm so confused I just want my money back and don't want to bother here anymore...

I try and try to delete it but the plan and my subscription pages don't exist and all of the specific instructions from dropbox don't work! My subscription doesn't show up on Google play either and I subscribed on the mobile app..
