How can I get a refund for my subscription which was upgraded?

I just got an email my annual subscription was upgraded and they charged my account. Will I be able to get a refund?

      Hello Jay,
      No I didn’t get an option. I received an email saying “your Dropbox account has been upgraded”
      I’ve tried a few times to get in contact with the support team with no success.

        The support team link goes to frequently asked questions. There is no support there.
