I keep seeing a "Something went wrong" error while upgrading to Plus.

I try to upgrade from Basic to Plus and once logged in, the right payment windows keeps loading and it says ""Something went wrong, refresh the browser or contact support".

 

Anyone had the same issue?

    Welcome aboard the forum, miasarda!

     

    Did you try to upgrade multiple times, after refreshing your browser, and the upgrade still failed? 

     

    Have you followed the same steps via a different browser/incognito mode? I’d like to make sure this isn’t a browser-related issue before troubleshooting further.

     

    Also, if you happen to have another payment method available, give that a go too and let me know what happens.
