I paid for a subscription, but my Dropbox account hasn't been upgraded

Ik heb zojuist mijn account geüpgraded naar een betaald account voor 2TB toeslag. Ik heb betaald met ideal, via de website. Ik heb geen bevestiging in de mail gehad. Ook werkt de upgrade niet, ik heb de opslag niet gekregen. 

 

Wat moet ik doen? Wie kan ik contacten hiervoor? Ik kan geen telefoonnummer of mailadres vinden.

I upgraded my account (pay online) and the update is not done. I payed with ideal. Do have somebody a mail adres, phone number to contact what is happening? I already tried to "restore purchase" and I don't have 12 digit number on my bank account... What should I do!??! I really want to use DropBox ASAP!

    If that's a bank transfer, rather than a credit/debit card, then it may take a couple days for the payment to be fully processed by the banks.

      Yes I payed with my bank, but it's already been processed by the bank itself. I can see it on my account...

        ingeemiel, you mentioned previously you restored purchases on your Dropbox account. You didn’t upgrade via iTunes, by any chance, correct?
