I'm on Basic, even though I paid, and I see this error "user associated with invoice is disabled".

Hi, I pre-paid for a year of Dropbox Plus using an email but when I login, it's saying I'm on basic and when I check the credit card transaction, it states "user associated with invoice is disabled; please submit a billing help request"

Not sure how to do that since I only have a basic account.

    Hey Nino_Sea! Thanks for posting about this here. 

    Can you send me a screenshot of the "user associated with invoice is disabled” message you see (while masking any billing/personal info that may be showing)?

    Have you already tried our lookup tool here? If you provide the transaction ID from your payment, does it give the same email address as the one you see on this page or a different one?

    If you see another email address, I’d like you to open a different browser on your computer and sign in with that email address instead. 

    Let me know what you find.

    I have the same type of problem, I have a basic free account, which I hardly used. And than I signed up for 2GB account. How can I get rid of Free Dropbox. When I sign in .....it wants to get to Dropbox free account, instead of my paid account.

      Hey jimwtice. If you want to delete your free Dropbox account entirely, you can do so with these steps

      Keep in mind though that any files you have on your free Basic account will be permanently deleted with it, as well. In this case, you can either download them to your computer first and then delete the account, or you can move them over to your paid account this way.
