Hey MarcinM, sorry to hear about this.
Can you take a look at your account's Security page to see if there's any unidentified device or web session listed there?
Also, have you changed your account's password since you received that email?

I’m not sure about the other user but I didn’t see any devices or seasons that were unknown. Is there no one on the security team concerned about this? I think I’m still within my 180 days. Can you have them pls check again? Thx.

Hi lab1!
What is the type of account you have on your end? For Basic, and Plus accounts it's usually 30 days.
As for the missing files, if they were within your available restoration time, you should be able to retrieve them on your end too.
