Hi! So I’ve been trying to upgrade to the 2 TB and after I purchase it, everything goes through and I get charged, few moments later it says that the upgrade failed. I go to try and purchase it again and it says I’m already subscribed to the upgraded version but it doesn’t reflect in my account.

Hi Lily6, welcome to our Community!
Is it possible that you're paying for a different Dropbox account than the one you mainly use?
Also, how have you been paying for your Dropbox subscription? Directly through your credit card or through iTunes/Google Play?
Keep me posted!
- Lily62 years agoExplorer | Level 3I did make a new account about a few days before and it charges my credit card directly
- Lily62 years agoExplorer | Level 3I just deleted and redownloaded all and logged into the account I want to use. I tried to purchase it again, everything went through then few moments later this pops up “upgrade failed. An unknown error occurred. Please contact Dropbox support” I do this on my mobile phone
