I can't cancel my subscription as I don't have the email address/password.

Need to cancel a subscription but email domain no longer exists and I forgot the password.

i filled out Dropbox’s form in November and mailed it in.I am still getting charged.

 Disputed the charge to my card last month but have been charged again this month.

what should I do? I tried the chat to no avail.

    What ticket numbers did you get when you filled in the forms?

        Hey Epicure1959, hope you’re well. 

        When upgrading your Dropbox account, did you use www.dropbox.com or the iTunes/Google Play app on your phone?

        We can take it from there.

    The form was sent snail mail and never received a ticket number
