I can't access my email address and, as a result, my Dropbox account.

Hey alfa5911. You’re being asked for a one-time code that’s sent to your Dropbox email address, correct?
Have you checked for any devices that are still connected to this account? If yes, you may be able to find the code in their notifications section and enter your Dropbox account.
