My desktop app isn't syncing today.
Dropbox was syncing automatically yesterday. Today, it is not. I do not see an option to "refresh".
As usual, the help instructions don't work because the options don't exist. https://help.dropbox.com/sync/check-sync-status says to right click on folder, choose Sync next under Quick Actions. Neither of those exist in a right click dropdown.
I have checked the firewall and all permissions. No reason for it to have stopped syncing, I think this is the reason I stopped using it years ago. Unreliable and takes forever to upload files, even with highspeed (5G).

Would you mind clarifying your current OS, along with the Dropbox version you're using?
Also, from the Help Center article you provided above, can you check the app's current syncing status, and let me know more?

Do you see a little Dropbox icon next to your WiFi on your task bar? If so, would you mind hovering your mouse there and letting me know the app's status right now?
Also, we have a new stable build out at the moment. Can you update your app, and let me know how it goes?
