Dropbox Paper no longer functions in dark mode

Dark Mode suddenly (this week) no longer works (Mac OS Desktop App across 2 machines, mac ventura and mac monterey).

 

Left sidebar with list is dark.

Writing / Note area is white.

("on", "off", "auto" settings have no effect ... it's always white bg).

Blocks which used to show tools are now just black bars in the app - I can click them but the tool icons are no longer visible.

 

I've written Dropbox support and received a ticket number and response which was entirely irrelevant.

 

(they told me to "use a different browser" ... except that I'm not using a browser, I'm using the desktop app.)

 

Any help appreciated.

    Hey R S12, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Can you give us the ticket number for your communication with our support team, so we can take a look?

     

    In the meantime, if you haven't already, try uninstalling the Paper app, restarting the computers and reinstalling it, to see if that helps.
