Will Dropbox still be in the sidebar after DB upgrade on Mac
When I upgrade to the new version of DB, will I still see it in my sidebar on my Mac Ventura?
Hey generdude, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!
Note that with the new version of the desktop app for Mac OS, your Dropbox folder in Finder will now be found under Locations instead of Favorites.
You can learn all about this and the other expected changes in this Help Center article.

After performing the update, I dragged Dropbox from Locations back to Favorites. Now I am unable to bring Dropbox back to Locations. Is there a way for me to re-perform the update?

Hey JJM3, let's jump right into this!
Let's check where your Dropbox folder is located, just in case it's still located in Locations.
Can you access your app's preferences, and check under the Sync tab, to see the location of your Dropbox folder, please?
Keep me posted!
