I renewed my subscription, but my account remains a Basic one
Hi, I renewed my subription to the pro plan after the credit card became invalid. Even though the monthly payment is regularly booked for my account, the plan remains as a basic plan with 2 gb. Any idea how I can resolve this problem ? I have only one account.
Thanks in advance

Hi Jay, the Plus plan is listed under my iCloud subscription as valid with a monthly payment. when i try to restore my subscription I obtain an error code saying (NSURL ErrorDomain-Error 409.)

Hi. No, there is no confirmed payment under this page. Just the old CC. Will contact apple. Any other idea ?

Hi Hannah,
I renewed through apple, not directly through Dropbox. Dropbox still shows my old CC and I am not aware of how to update it. In the account settings DB only mentions to get assistance through the support, but that is not really intuitive.

Hi Doggydoc, if you renewed via the iOS mobile app, you might need to restore the purchase to your Dropbox account.
Could you try these steps to see if this helps?
