I upgraded my account (online with iDeal) and the upgrade is not done
I upgraded my Basic account yesterday to Plus (I paid EUR 119,88 online) but the upgrade is not done. I paid with ideal. Does somebody have a mail adress or phone number to contact Dropbox about this matter? I already chat with sales support but they can not help me. They say they asked the support team of Dropbox to call me, but support does not do that. They also do not e-mail me. I don't have a 12 digit number on my bank account. I also did not get a confirmation mail about the payment from Dropbox. I did not accidentally upgrade a different Dropbox account.
I want my money back ASAP and I want to cancel my Dropbox purchase as I have zero confidence in Dropbox anymore.
I want to be able to speak to someone from Dropbox about this problem ASAP. Because Dropbox says I just have a Basic account (while I've paid for Plus!) Dropbox doesn't allow me to mail, chat or phone them. This is absurd! I paid EUR 119,88 and I get nothing in return, not even support. I am furious at the moment. This scam cost me many, many hours of my time already and there is no solution in sight yet. You can not just take the money and do nothing for it, Dropbox. That is a fraud!

I completely understand where you're coming from and I'd like to investigate further, to get to the bottom of this.
Can we send you an email to the address associated with your Community profile here? Is it the same account that you chose to upgrade?
