Upgraded but account still says basic

Hi people I upgraded my account, been charged too, but my account still says basic any help?

    Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or on the mobile app?

     

    According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes, or Google Play?

     

    This will help me to assist further!

      I did it through the app it took me to the App Store to confirm subscription then charged my bank account from the apple store

    Hi!

    I upgraded my dropbox, money was taken from my account but the upgrade didn’t go through. This is about a month ago and my dropbox is still the same size. So annoying. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks so much!

      Hi Malin Akerblom, welcome to our Community!

       

      Do you remember perhaps whether you upgraded your account directly from the Dropbox website or via Google Play/iTunes?

       

      Also, can you please clarify if you have two Dropbox accounts linked to two different emails?

       

      If you have the transaction ID that is linked to your charges, you can also take a look here.

    I have paid for a one-year renewal of Dropbox Plus for the second year this year, but Dropbox shows that I am still using the free version. I appealed twice via email, but Dropbox did not receive any follow-up response. What should I do!

      Is it possible that you maybe upgraded the wrong Dropbox account?

       

      If I were you, I'd use our self-serve look-up tool, in order to have a closer look into this, and hopefully locate where the charge is coming from.

    Hello, i just subscribed to Plus on my iphone, but dropbox still doesn't allow me to use. It is telling me to upgrade. Please help.

      Go into your settings within the Dropbox app and try to restore purchases.

    I decided to upgrade to the 2,000 GB plan, and I used Paypal to pay for it. I got both a notification from my bank and Paypal that I had paid the $11.99, but Dropbox says I have not upgraded. I have not gotten an email from dropbox about my order but I have the receipts from my end that I did.

      Have you tried using our self-serve look-up tool, in order to locate the Dropbox account linked to the charge, and identify if it's a different one?

       

      Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or on the mobile app?

    Hi, I've recently renewed my Dropbox Plus subscription but I'm not receiving the service. Just reached the Basic 2.0GB and can no longer upload photos. The email showing on app is the same as that showing on PayPal transaction. Seems impossible to contact Dropbox to rectify as the system does not recognise me as Dropbox Plus. Very frustrating, help please!
