Can I recover a disabled account from locked state?

Hey,

 

This is so bad! 

I viewed Dropbox as stable and a platform that I could rely on to keep my files safe.

NO! That is not true!

 

So I never check my email because unless I am expecting an email from Dropbox, why would Dropbox be emailing me? 

They send too many emails about things that do not matter is what I am trying to say.

 

July 7th I got an email saying:

 

 

Hi nolen,
You’re the team admin of the nolen team. This team is currently in locked state, which means your trial period expired or your Dropbox plan wasn’t renewed.
Starting today, we’re rolling out changes that limit how long teams can remain in locked state and provide 3 ways to get out of it:
•	Keep Dropbox for teams and purchase a new plan
•	Disband the team
•	Delete the team permanently
If nolen is still in locked state after October 4, 2024, the entire team, which includes all files, and admin and member accounts will be deleted permanently.
Please note that if your team is deleted because it remained in locked state, folders shared with people outside your team will be deleted shortly after October 4, 2024 as we’ll give external collaborators a heads up that the folders will be deleted. Read more about what happens to your externally shared folders in our help center article.

 

 

- September 22ed I signed in and got that email asking if it was me.

 

- September 30th I get a reminder:

 

Hi nolen,

I sent multiple support tickets in and I am getting nothing back.

 

This is so bad. This is soooo bad. 

I could write things that when you read it, would just ruin your day.

Perhaps ruin your week.
