Do you mind sharing a few screenshots of what you see exactly under “Activity” vs what shows under the file’s version history? If you check your Events page too, what does it report? If there’s any personal info, please make sure to mask it first.
Finally, can you clarify what type of Business plan you’re currently on?

Hi Nancy,
Thank you for the response. We use Dropbox Advanced.
Please see below screenshots of my activity and the version history.
None of the listed activities from 2 days ago were done by me.
In version history for the last file of the above screenshot, it says my colleague LK moved the file 2 days ago. It also says I (HC) would have edited the file on my Desktop in October 2023, but I have never seen that file before.

PS. The events page says LK was moving several files at the same time as the above files were moved.
