Hi juliefusina, let's jump right into this!
You mentioned that some of the content doesn't sync to your laptop, even though you're able to see it on the rest of our platforms, so let's check in on that. Which version of the desktop app do you use on your end?
You should be able to check that by locating your Dropbox icon on your task bar, next to your WiFi and hover your mouse there.
Feel free to let me know the app's syncing status too.

The version is Dropbox 168.4.4802, the synch status is up to date.

Have you checked for any invalid file names that the content you're not seeing on the desktop app might have? You can see more about this here.
