Have you checked for any invalid file names that the content you're not seeing on the desktop app might have? You can see more about this here.

Hi juliefusina, do you see the folder that the files are in, when you check inside your Dropbox folder on the device?
If not, is it possible that you're using selective sync for said folder? That would explain this behavior.
