How do I cancel my subscription?
I cnnot afford this. I am a retired teacher on a limited, fixed income.

I have spent two days trying to sort this and also visited my local Apple Store without any success. This is causing me much unnecessary stress. Does Dropbox know that the only reason people signed up for Hellosign, let alone heard of Hellosign, is because of its Zapier Integration capabilities. And everything you bought has literally been destroyed with no discussion or I intention of fixing what was broken. We were willing to pay insane monthly fees for something that worked because all of the other services are exactly like this one is now.

I tried directly with you and my acct is no where to be found. You charged me $13.02 on March 25. Please direct me how to cancel. I have had the same problem. I was charged $119 for the yearly subscription even though I did not authorize. I have been trying to cancel but no one is responding. The description Dropbox gives for unsubscribing is also inaccurate. I can only conclude the company is doing this deliberately to bleed our money. I did not subscribe via a mobile device.

Why can't I cancel my plan!??? I login to my admin account and go to settings>plan>cancel plan. When I click cancel plan button I get no feedback, nothing happens!! This is a highschool UI/UX mistake! Any beginner's website gives feedback when an error occurs or there is access denied, dropbox website doesn't. It should at least say why nothing is happening or why it's failing to cancel my plan. I want to be able to cancel my plan in one sit without contacting support and creating threads, not in one day. why is dropbox not capable of allowing that? This makes me never want to enroll in a dropbox plan again as canceling is a pain.

You can find the support options that are vailable to you on the Support page. Only customers on the Business Advanced plan have access to phone support.

I would like to find out how to cancel a Dropbox subscription. The problem is, the person who had the account, left the company last year and we do not have the email address or password to the account. We're still being charged for the account, however no one is using it. How can I cancel this account and stop it from being charged to the credit card?

I setup a trial business account when trying to convert my business online due to Covid-19. Unfortunately, my online transition is just not feasible, however I forgot to cancel the trial account and have now just been charged $99 by Dropbox. This is really unfortunate given that my current earning capacity is zero. I am trying and failing to get in touch directly with Dropbox to ask if they can cancel my subscription and offer me a refund at this time, given the terrible circumstances that I am in. Any advice as to how to make direct contact with this company??? Thanks.

I have a Dropbox Plus account that I'm desperately trying to cancel.
It was required for a job. I downloaded the app and subscribed Dropbox on my iPhone.
I still have the subscription, but switched to an Android over a year ago.
I don't have internet access at home, and I'm trying to cancel using my phone. I followed the instructions provided by Dropbox, but to no avail.

Hi,
As you upgraded via your iPhone you need to cancel via iTunes - the same as all in app upgrades made via the iOS Store.
