Not receiving verification email, how can I verify my account?
I have not been able to receive verification email or password reset email.
I've added no-reply@dropbox.com to my google contacts account.
I've checked my spam folder.
I've verified my address is correct.
Please do help me sort this out

It is interesting that as soon as I posted this message thread to the BB i received a mail announcing that I have received participation badges.
"Your new rank is New member | Level 2."
After that I tried verification email again but still did not receive.

In this case, I’d suggest reaching out to our support team directly, so that they can investigate this. Please visit this page, and open a ticket/email with them.

It may be a long shot, but have you also added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts? If not, please do so, and then attempt to re-send the verification email.

Just to make sure we're on the same page here: do you refer to the verification email, or the 6-digit-security one-time-code in order to access your Dropbox account?
Can you also try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and then try again?

I can not confirm my email adress because I don't receive the email confirmation. When I ask to "send me again" the e-mail I have an error message "a problem has occurred while processing your request". Can you help me please ?

Hi,
I've signed up for a new Dropbox account and despite receiving the welcome email I am not receiving the verification email. As with others complaining of this problem I have added no-reply@dropbox.com to my address book and created filters to ensure emails are not sent to spam. This is really frustrating as I need access to the account urgently.

Hello, Are you sure that the email address associated with your Dropbox account is correct?
If it's correct, I suggest contacting your email service provider to troubleshoot further, as some email services have filters that may block certain emails.
or you can reach out to the Dropbox Support team directly for assistance and open a ticket with them.

Hello, when I press the button to send a verification email so I can access shared documents, the email never sends. I have added no-reply@dropbox.com, and have tried on multiple days to get the verification email to send but it just never sends, no matter how many times I try. Does anybody know how to fix this?

I do have access to the email linked to my Dropbox account, I also have checked my spam account and there is no email from Dropbox there.
