All the files on my Dropbox account have 247_Plankton added to the file name, and I can't open them
Just tried to access one of my Excel files stored in Dropbox and it appears every single one of my Dropbox file names have been changed. They all have 247_Plankton added to the file name and the file types have all been changed also so I cannot open any of my files. Any idea what is happening? Did I get hacked????
Can I restore my infected files to more than 30 days ago with the extended version history add-on?
I use dropbox plus, I would like to ask on August 23 my dropbox was affected by malware, and I intend to restore my files before August 23 but I can't do it because I can only do a maximum of 30 days, if I subscribe using the add-on extend version history $39.99 I can restore my files to before August 23?

Hello there, I would like to know how to restore the whole account to a previous version in order to delete all the files infected by a virus. I saw how to recover files but not the whole account. The infected Dropbox is on my husband's PC but it was alreadysynchronized and it will infect mine if I want to access to my Dropbox. Hacked document won’t delete from my Dropbox account.
I was emailed a Dropbox document which is saved to my Dropbox. I couldn’t open it as it just went to a non loading page. I emailed the sender asking to resend and they told me there email was hacked and I should delete the file. I have tried to delete it but it appears I am not able to delete its

I was informed today that 40000 files were to be deleted at my request and I gave no such request. Second, I login in but the page is totally unresponsive and there is no way that I click on anything that takes me to support. this is serious problem and dropbox in as of today non functional
