How do I cancel my subscription?
I cnnot afford this. I am a retired teacher on a limited, fixed income.
Follow the steps listed in the following help article:

it's enraging that DB makes it impossible to cancel a subscription to their terrible service. i read every post, googled how to do it on phone and laptop - all deadends. help!

I am not able to contact support through the support link provided. I spoke live chat with someone who couldn't help and ended the discussion without a resoluation. I have been trying to cancel my account and all the links that were provided are not available on my platform. I would like to cancel my account asap. Please help me.

I’ve followed the mobile directions and when I get to the “edit subscription” page there is just a list of all the subscription options ranging from $11.99 to $ 204.99. There’s literally no “cancel subscription” option. How is this even legal?? And no phone number to call someone unless you PAY $19.99 for a professional plan. That’s not right....clearly it’s set up so it’s impossible to unsubscribe & not having any sort of support on the other side other than these forums?! Which who knows how long it will take to get an answer. This is B.S!!!!! TELL ME HOW TO CANCEL! YOU CANT FORCE ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT ASK FOR AND AM BEING FORCED TO USE?! How have you not been sued?!?!

I have not received a response at all since I entered with the incognito mode for help. I thought there was hope. I am beyond frustrusted no phone or help or way to cancel my subscription as well. Something isn't right here they keep taking money out of my account. . I would like an answer asap. Thank you
- hannayub1Helpful | Level 5Hey!! So I ended up going on here and using their live text support. The lady on the other end apparently changed my subscription to a the “basic free version” and assured me i wouldn’t have any money taken out and that it’s not like the 30 day free trial. Hopefully this resolved the matter but I’m a bit wary. We’ll see when I get paid if they end up pulling money out of my account anyway. I just don’t understand why the “free basic plan” was never an option in the first place. Neither on the website or through my actual phone app subscription settings but like I said we’ll see what happens. I just don’t get why they sent me an email Monday literally say “We’re having trouble with your recent Dropbox Basic payment....blah blah blah...Or, your account will be automatically downgrade to our Basic plan (????)....” none of it makes sense. But anyway try speaking to someone via the live text support and see what they say, supposedly it is a real person in the other side. And like I said we’ll see what happens comes payday when I have money in my account. I’ll keep this updated for everyone cuz this is honestly bull crap.

How do I create a ticket? I'm trying to cancel a subscription for a user who has left our firm. I created a login as was suggested but I can't seem to create a ticket. All I have is a bar which tells me that I have no history.

Hi,
I would like to cancel a subscription that I have been paying for unbeknownst to me as I had originally signed up for the trial and forgotten to cancel the subscription after a few months now. I am not sure what account it is tied to, because I don't see an option to cancel a subscription on the account that I am currently signed into, but I need to cancel this subscription. I can supply my billing information to a representative, but I need this taken care of.
