My Dropbox account won’t upgrade to Plus

I updated my Dropbox to Plus, using the free 30 day option. However, it still says that my Dropbox is full. I try to install it again and it says “you’re currently subscribed to this” then I press “OK” and it says “unable to upgrade: an unknown error occurred.”
If I press Restore Purchases it says “unable to restore purchases: the operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error 409.)”

    Can you clarify if you're trying to purchase the Plus plan through an in-app subscription from your mobile or directly using our website

    Hi! So I’ve been trying to upgrade to the 2 TB and after I purchase it, everything goes through and I get charged, few moments later it says that the upgrade failed. I go to try and purchase it again and it says I’m already subscribed to the upgraded version but it doesn’t reflect in my account.

      Is it possible that you're paying for a different Dropbox account than the one you mainly use?

       

      Also, how have you been paying for your Dropbox subscription? Directly through your credit card or through iTunes/Google Play?

        I did make a new account about a few days before and it charges my credit card directly

    I upgraded my membership and it says I haven’t and to contact you cause I am
    That member but it won’t update or upgrade

    Salve, ho un problema con l'upgrade del mio account. Ho un piano basic, quindi gratuito, e avendo finito lo spazio di archiviazione volevo acquistare dropbox plus. Ho trovato la prova gratuita di 30 giorni e dopo averla selezionata e inserito i dati di fatturazione, non ci sono stati cambiamenti sul mio account, lo spazio di archiviazione è rimasto uguale e non riesco a risolvere il mio problema. Qualcuno mi sa dire come posso fare? Grazie

    Hi, I have a problem with upgrading my account. I have a basic plan, therefore free, and having run out of storage space, I wanted to buy dropbox plus. I found the 30 day free trial and after selecting it and entering my billing information, there was no change to my account, my storage remained the same and I can't resolve my issue.
