I paid for an upgrade, but my account is still not upgraded
I paid to upgrade my subscription but the account hasn’t been upgraded after taking the money. I tried to restore my purchase but just get an error code 409

when i click on thé upgrade button on dropbox it says i'm already upgraded but is also showing up and full

Hey clairegardens, thanks for letting us know about this.
Can you open the Dropbox app, tap on 'account', then on the gear icon and then on 'restore purchases', to see if that helps with this?

Can you please let us know if you upgraded your account through our website directly or if it was via the app store on a mobile device?
Do you happen to have another Dropbox account, associated with another email address of yours perhaps?

Hi mickflynn, how are you today?
You mentioned that you upgraded, but the account doesn't reflect that. Do you remember perhaps whether you upgraded your account directly from the Dropbox website or via Google Play/iTunes?
Also, can you please clarify if you have two Dropbox accounts linked to two different emails?
If you have the transaction ID that is linked to your charge, I suggest that you use our self-serve look-up tool in order to see which Dropbox account it links to.

How did you upgrade it exactly?
Was it directly from our website or from the Dropbox app on your phone (billed through iTunes/Google Play)?

So I canceled my subscription and was still charged, and then I just tried to upgrade to professional, and again it charged me, with the Apple notification saying I would be refunded the 11.99 I already paid and just be charged the 19.99, but my account still says basic. Please help. I’ve started using this for work and I have to upload hundreds of photos.

Check your Plan page. What plan does it show you on? If it says Basic, that is the free plan and you've either not upgraded the account, or you've accidentally upgraded the wrong account/started a new account. If that's the case, use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for.

I paid to upgrade my account to Plus a week ago. My bank statement shows that the money was taken from my account, but my Dropbox account still needs to be upgraded. I was looking for a phone number that can call Dropbox but I couldn't find any. The description on the statement of my bank account is: Dropbox, db.tt/cchelp. What can I do??
